For Armor I used
Knights Helm,Gloves, Boots(these dont matter you could wear full glad if you want)
Gladiator Chest, Leggings
Weapons
+5ergy weapon and any max tactic shield

For Griffions I use this build:
W/Mo (Sword Warrior w/ Shield)
Swordmanship 12
Tactics 11
Healing Prayers 8
Skills req for the build:
Gladiators Defense ("killer of melee mobs")
Bonetti's Defense (not only used for the energy regen, also for protection during the time in between Gladiator Defense's...)
Mending (steady healing...also I currently use a vamp blade)
Live Vicariously (combined with mending and vamp blade...good heal source)
The rest are extra skills:
Sprint (makes the run faster)
Shield Stance (good backup stance in case i lose my rythem or being lazy)
Galrath Slash (extra damage output is always good)
Heal Sig (in case I get drunk and start to aggro the whole map at once)
Runs are between 15 - 20 min...ussually net about 5k (gold + item value) every 3 runs or so...not counting the occasional max weapon or mod.

Forgot to say...you can pull more gryphons than I did in the video. I just pulled a few because its hard to record with even more gryphons(more lag)
